I know what you’re thinking, “Please, not another new year, new you thing.”
Don’t worry, this isn’t one of those kind of episodes.
Well, not really anyway. 🙂
This episode is me sharing a powerful principle of branding with you.
A principle that can help you improve your experiences in life by helping you improve how you’re perceived by the person who matters most in your life.
You.
That doesn’t sound so bad, now does it.
You may be asking, “Why does it matter what I think of myself, anyway? I don’t care what I think of me. I care what my family, friends, co-workers, and boss thinks of me.”
Well, here’s a little secret about the human experience.
The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself.” ~ Neville Goddard
When you start thinking more highly of yourself, lots of good things begin happening, among them, others start thinking more highly of you too.
It begins within, in how you perceive yourself, and in the on-going effort you put into developing and maintaining your most important relationship – your relationship with yourself.
Let’s get into it.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
- How to use a powerful branding concept to improve the way you think of yourself so you can realize better experiences in life
- Why there are no accidents when it comes to how you perceive yourself, and how you can consciously design your self-concept to support the experiences you want to have
- The importance of an on-going daily process for maintaining your self-concept
- How to reverse engineer your life, beginning with the experiences you want to have and arriving at the present moment, and how you need to think, feel, and act to cause the experiences you want
Here are some questions derived loosely from the world of branding to help you develop your self-concept in a way that puts you in alignment with the circumstances you want in life.
- How do you want to feel about yourself?
- How do you want to perceive yourself?
- How do you want to show up in the world?
- What can you think about to cause you to feel this way more often?
- What kind of self-talk can you engage in to cause you to feel this way more often?
- What kinds of activities can you engage in to cause you to feel this way more often?
