On today’s episode I share a simple way you can “live in the end”, as Neville Goddard recommends.

This is important, because when we want to create change in any area of our lives, we first have to create a change in our consciousness, and also in the way we feel.

One way to do this is to think, and more importantly, feel like the change has already taken place.

You can do this by asking yourself this question: How will I feel when I am / I do / I have ________?

Then you fill in the blank with who you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to have.

This question can help you feel your way into the experiences you want to have in life.

It can help you get in to the feeling state (and stay there) of your realized goal more easily.

Another way to shift your energy is to think about who you are now, what you do now, and what you have now in contrast with who you were, what you did, and what you had 5, 10, or 15 years ago.

This exercise can help you see that things have in fact moved for you and renew your faith in the creative process as a whole.

Doing this can also help you see that you really do move in the direction of what you focus on, and that it just takes some time for the shift to happen.

Sometimes, as we’re moving toward new goals and dreams, we can feel like we’re not getting anywhere or things aren’t moving, when in fact they are.

Gaining a broader perspective of our life can help us see that we are always moving in the direction of what we want.

We just need to stay focused on what we want, and have faith in the process.

The more faith and belief we have in the process, the faster we move.

The condition which I desired and assumed that I had becomes objectified within my world and bears witness to the power of my assumption!” ~ Neville Goddard
