One of the main things we do here on earth is combine separate ideas together to form a new idea. That’s the concept behind the focus and flow too.
The focus and flow tool can help you grow the seeds of your desires fast and effectively. These are the seeds you’ve planted in your consciousness.
Here’s how to create the tool.
Using two sheets of paper (or one with a line drawn down the middle) make two lists with the following information on the lists:
- What has worked out for you in the past, and/or what is currently working out for you.
- What you want to work out for you, include your biggest grandest goals and dreams in life.
The goal is to flow your creative energy to what you want to realize, and stop flowing any and all energy to what you don’t want to happen.
I realize this is easier said than done, but that is the only way you can realize the experiences you want in life.
We don’t make things happen as much as we allow them to happen.
And, things can only work out for us when we get out of own way.
When we do this, we’ll draw those experiences into our lives.
Remember, “creation is finished”. What you want is already here. It’s just in seed form. Therefore, to create (or attract) the experiences you want in life, simply direct your focus to those things and feed them with the creative energy that is constantly flowing through you.
