This Simple Exercise Will Change The Way You Think About Manifesting Forever

May 4, 2020 By G. Mark Phillips

Do you ever reflect back on the very best experiences in your life?

I do. And you know what? They all have one thing in common.

In this video I share what that one thing is and I also talk about how you can do the same thing with the best experiences in your own life so you can discover this game-changing manifesting insight for yourself.

It’s simple.

All you have to do is this:

Make a list of all the best experiences in your life.

Then ask yourself, “What did I do, if anything, to cause this to happen?”

If you’re like me, for every awesome experience on your list, you’ll realize you didn’t do much (if anything).

This exercise reminds us that when it comes to realizing amazing experiences, our only real work is to find ways to feel good right now by focusing on all the things that are going right for us and then flowing our thought energy to those things.

Thanks for watching!

Mark
