Have you ever noticed how well things work out when you get out of your own way and allow yourself to “go with the flow” and be guided by the higher, all-knowing part of yourself.
Things usually work out pretty well don’t they?
This is the best state to be in.
When we’re in this state, our thinking, rational mind takes a back seat, and our higher, all-knowing self takes over and says and does the right thing, at the right time, in the right way.
We have so much power in this state, because we’re not doing things.
We’re allowing things to be done through us.
I really feel this is the state we want to live in all the time to create optimal experiences for ourself and others.
Life always works out well when we’re in this state.
When we’re in this state, there’s no judgement, no critical analysis, and no overthinking, just pure focused awareness and presence. It doesn’t get much better than that, does it?
It’s the state of no-mind, or mindlessness, and it’s a wonderful thing.
Quote of the Week:
If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything, it is open to everything. In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s mind there are few.” ~ Shunryu Suzuki
