Do you sometimes feel like you don’t want to get up and get into action and do what it takes to realize your goals and dreams in life.

I do.

And when I feel this way, I often use a polarity tool.

It’s one of the best tools I know of to overcome fear, doubt, laziness, lethargy, or any other form of resistance that is inherent in the human experience.

In this episode I talk about how you can make one and use it to get you up and get you into action, even when you don’t feel like it.

I recommend carrying one with you in your pocket if you have the opportunity.

It’s one of the most valuable tools a human being can carry and use to enhance the human experience.

After listening to this episode I think you’ll agree.

The idea is simple, but that doesn’t mean this tool isn’t powerful.

This tool has the power to move mountains.

The power of a polarity tool lies in it’s ability to remind you of what you don’t want, while simultaneously reminding you of what you do want.

It’s a motivational tool along the lines of the time-test carrot and stick.

If the carrot doesn’t get you into action, the stick most certainly will.

Quote of the Week:

The value of a polarity tool is that you’re pulled toward what you do want while simultaneously being pushed away from what you don’t want.”
