Have you ever stopped to think about what you know?
I’m talking about those assumptions you’ve accepted to be true for as long as you can remember?
If not, maybe now is a good time to do some spring (or fall) cleaning and dump them all out on the floor so you can examine them to find out if something you know has been holding you back in some area of your life.
Since we’re all creating our own individual experiences through our perceptions, this exercise can help you find out if your perceptions are aligned with the experiences you want to have in life.
In this episode, you’ll discover:
- Why examining what you know is so important
- A simple question you can ask yourself to find out if what you know may be holding you back
- The three tiers of paradigm creating structures
- The purpose of Enhancing the Human Experience Podcast
